3CX’s IP PBX has been developed specifically for Microsoft Windows and is based on the SIP standard. It has a web-based management system making it easy to install and configure. By supporting the SIP standard, 3CX enables its customers to use any standard compliant SIP phone (software or hardware - please contact us for recommendations). 3CX supports all kind of connections, like analog or digital lines, and connections with VoIP providers. The 3CX Phone System is far less expensive than a traditional PBX and can reduce call costs substantially by using a VOIP service provider. The 3CX system uses existing computer wiring (IP phones can share the link with the desktop computer) and the 3CX IP PBX software can be installed on an existing, non dedicated server (depending on load and number of concurrent calls). Its web-based administration makes phone system management easy. Fast to install, simple to deploy, and easy to configure 3CX includes all the traditional Phone System features and provides many new functionalities like auto-attendant, voice mail, presence detection, remote access, and more. The connection with the PSTN is done through Voice over IP gateways, and/or through a VoIP provider.
