Dialogic Software solutions expand Enghouse's product portfolio

Recently announced the acquisition of Dialogic by EngHouse, the leading software house in the production of telephone systems dedicated to Call Centers, which serve a variety of vertical markets.

Orders admin, follow-up and deliveries

Deliveries in 24 /48 hours
Each order, received before 12 am, for products in stock is delivered within the next day in France, Italy, Belgium, Netherland and the UK and for other European Countries within 48 hours. Standard products we sell are available in our main warehouse.
Delivery follow-up
Our deliveries are made by well-know carriers. The identification and the tracking of the parcels allows us to keep our Clients informed in real time about the exact delivery time of their orders.
Direct delivery to your Customers
Upon request, we can deliver directly to your Customer in the same country or in another country without any additional cost. (avalable only for EEC countries).

Our Sales Team
Our sales team is avalable from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CET), and will be able to answer immediately 80% of your requests, and within 48 hours, your requests for special projects. They will advice you on the best solution to comply with the needs of your customers, in terms of products, professional services and maintenance.

Our Product Managers
The Pre-Sales are available to give you pre-sales support, in order to respond to any specific requests from your customers and to ensure that we will offer the solutions most appropriate to their needs.

Our Support
Sintel's service doesn't stop at supplying the products you need. We are here to help you when
it comes to technical support, repair and replacement. From 9 am to 6 pm, our team will answer
your calls and do its best to help you.
