About the Role and Sintel
Sintel, a leading company for data Integration and supply chain solutions is looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Executive to accelerate our growth in the US automotive sector. This role combines new business development capability as long as a focus on strategic account management — building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving expansion in a dynamic, consultative sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
– New Business Development:
– Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Automotive Supply Chain (OEMs and n-tier Suppliers), targeting IT and Supply Chain leaders
– Use multi-channel prospecting (AI tools, calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) for lead generation and new customer acquisition.
– Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing accounts, representing Sintel in client meetings and key industry events
– Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, monitor performance metrics, and provide strategic market insights to support leadership decisions.
– Account Management: Define a Customer Innovation journey though Sintel’s Deliveries.
– Interact with key IT and Business decision makers at the Account;
Monitor the Service quality and Customer NPS (Net Promoter Score)
Qualifications
– Proven experience in B2B consultative sales, with a strong track record in both new business acquisition and account management
– Demonstrated ability to open enterprise accounts and break into new markets through effective prospecting and stakeholder engagement
– Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with excellent communication abilities to engage senior executives
– Strategic and analytical mindset — highly organized, self-motivated, and driven to achieve goals
Nice to Have
– Experience managing complex sales with long cycles
– Familiarity with EDI solutions, automotive technology, or supply chain ecosystems

Your key responsibilities will include:
Identifying the ideal contact person within companies for each sales strategy;
Conducting meetings and visits with clients and prospects;
Uncovering opportunities, challenges, and pain points in target companies;
Presenting Sintel’s value proposition clearly and strategically;
Leading negotiations and closing new business;
Managing the sales pipeline and monitoring the sales plan;
Maintaining organization and discipline to achieve targets;
Ensuring client satisfaction with our services;
Monitoring the client portfolio and anticipating potential risks;
Acting in a consultative manner, fostering continuous and strategic relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Experience in consultative sales, preferably in technology companies;
Bachelor’s degree;
Advanced English (will be tested during the selection process);
Availability for a hybrid work model in São Paulo (SP) and client visits;
Valid driver’s license (Category B);

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst!
You will have the opportunity to develop and implement targeted marketing strategies, focusing on strategic accounts and the launch of our products in Brazil and the U.S. Here, the challenge goes beyond traditional campaigns: we are looking for someone with an analytical, strategic, and creative mindset, capable of turning data into real business opportunities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing marketing strategies for target accounts, aligning marketing and sales efforts.
Creating, producing, and managing tailored content for campaigns, blogs, digital media, and corporate materials.
Using marketing automation and CRM tools for audience segmentation and campaign personalization.

We are looking for an intern to support our Human Resources area, with a focus on Personnel Administration and Benefits. If you are organized, proactive, and want to learn in practice how the administrative routine of HR works, this position is for you!
Your main activities will be:
To support onboarding and offboarding processes, timekeeping, and vacation planning;
To assist with payroll and perform benefits reconciliation;
To organize and update employee documents and files, ensuring proper records management;
To assist employees by clarifying questions related to benefits and Personnel Administration routines;
To contribute to organizing and updating the area’s databases, analyzing collected information, and tracking HR metrics;
To support the creation of managerial reports and presentations based on HR data;

We are looking for an intern for a generalist position in our Commercial area.
