We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our sales team and contribute to the growth of our presence in the global automotive supply chain.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Identifying the ideal contact person within companies for each sales strategy;
Conducting meetings and visits with clients and prospects;
Uncovering opportunities, challenges, and pain points in target companies;
Presenting Sintel’s value proposition clearly and strategically;
Leading negotiations and closing new business;
Managing the sales pipeline and monitoring the sales plan;
Maintaining organization and discipline to achieve targets;
Ensuring client satisfaction with our services;
Monitoring the client portfolio and anticipating potential risks;
Acting in a consultative manner, fostering continuous and strategic relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Experience in consultative sales, preferably in technology companies;
Bachelor’s degree;
Advanced English (will be tested during the selection process);
Availability for a hybrid work model in São Paulo (SP) and client visits;
Valid driver’s license (Category B);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to a business audience;
Autonomous and organized, with strong business acumen and influencing skills;
Knowledge or experience in the Automotive Supply Chain will be a plus.

About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst (EDI) to join our team. If you are passionate about technology, enjoy problem-solving, and want to be part of a company that connects the global automotive supply chain, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities
Proactively prevent incidents and ensure system stability
Handle call triage, log service requests, and manage support tickets
Provide high-quality technical support and maintain strong client relationships
Execute standard procedures, basic troubleshooting, and simulations efficiently
Work with EDI, managing communication protocols, networks, and message flows (local and global)
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology or related fields
Experience in Technical Support and Customer Service
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Advanced English (essential for global operations)

Knowledge of EDI, including standards, message types, and data integration
We are looking for an intern to support our Human Resources area, with a focus on Personnel Administration and Benefits. If you are organized, proactive, and want to learn in practice how the administrative routine of HR works, this position is for you!
Your main activities will be:
To support onboarding and offboarding processes, timekeeping, and vacation planning;
To assist with payroll and perform benefits reconciliation;
To organize and update employee documents and files, ensuring proper records management;
To assist employees by clarifying questions related to benefits and Personnel Administration routines;
To contribute to organizing and updating the area’s databases, analyzing collected information, and tracking HR metrics;

About the Role
We are looking for an intern for a generalist position in our Commercial area.
If you have a curious mindset, a passion for learning, and wish to understand how a Commercial department functions from start to finish, this may be the opportunity for you.
