Sintel Americas is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our team in Southfield, Michigan, supporting our continued growth in the U.S. This role plays an important part in delivering high-quality technical support to our clients in the automotive supply chain sector. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, managing support tickets, collaborating with global teams, and contributing to the reliability of our systems. We are looking for an intern to support our Human Resources area, with a focus on Personnel Administration and Benefits. If you are organized, proactive, and want to learn in practice how the administrative routine of HR works, this position is for you!
Your main activities will be:
To support onboarding and offboarding processes, timekeeping, and vacation planning;
To assist with payroll and perform benefits reconciliation;
To organize and update employee documents and files, ensuring proper records management;
To assist employees by clarifying questions related to benefits and Personnel Administration routines;
To contribute to organizing and updating the area’s databases, analyzing collected information, and tracking HR metrics;
To support the creation of managerial reports and presentations based on HR data;
To participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the area’s administrative processes.
Requirements for the position:
Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields;
Expected graduation date of December 2026 or later;
Advanced level of English;
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
Good communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn;
Availability for an on-site internship at the Sintel office, located in the Paraíso neighborhood – São Paulo, SP.
About the Role

We are looking for a Young Apprentice to act as an Administrative Assistant on the People and Performance team. This is an opportunity for those starting their career, who want to learn hands-on and grow in a dynamic environment, collaborating on essential administrative processes for the department.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements:

We’re hiring a Full Stack Developer!
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll be involved in all stages of the software lifecycle — from design to maintenance — with a strong focus on security, performance, and scalable architecture. At Sintel, you’ll work with C#/.NET, Node.js, Angular, AWS, and DevSecOps practices, developing applications that connect automakers and suppliers across the global automotive supply chain.
🎯 Your main responsibilities will include:
Develop, code, and maintain robust and scalable applications and websites. Define and implement software architecture, ensuring that solutions meet performance, security, and quality requirements. Optimize and maintain existing systems by applying best practices to ensure stability and efficiency. Collaborate with design and development teams, both locally and globally, promoting technical alignment and integration. Ensure code quality through best practices such as reviews, testing, and debugging. Act as a technical reference, guiding the team in decision-making, offering support, and fostering the development of skills and delivery quality. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, standards, system architecture, and agile methodologies.
✅ Requirements:
At least 5 years of proven experience in web application development. Proficiency in C#/.NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Experience with Angular, HTML5, and CSS3 on the front end and Node.js, RESTful, and GraphQL APIs on the back end. Knowledge of MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases. Strong understanding of AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, SQS, SNS, EC2, among others), with a focus on building and optimizing scalable solutions. Experience with Terraform and CloudFormation, as well as agile methodologies, Git, CI/CD, and secure development practices. Ability to optimize website performance, with knowledge of responsive design and web accessibility. Advanced English required.
➕ Nice to have:
Experience in technical leadership or mentoring developers. Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architectures, and serverless solutions. Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end). Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. Experience with monitoring and observability tools (New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana). Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in tech communities. Understanding of UX/UI best practices and Design Systems. Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are a plus.
