🎯 Your main activities will be:
– Identify the ideal contact person within companies for each commercial strategy.
– Conduct meetings and visits with clients and prospects.
– Investigate opportunities, challenges, and pain points within target companies.
– Present Sintel’s value proposition clearly and strategically.
– Lead negotiations and close new deals.
– Manage the sales pipeline and monitor the commercial plan.
– Maintain organization and discipline to achieve targets.

Your main activities will be:

We are looking for an Administration Intern. You will support the organization and data gathering for structuring processes related to contract management discipline.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Create and update control spreadsheets and databases to organize information.
Gather and extract data from systems, proposals, and contracts, ensuring the accuracy of the information collected.
Support the structuring of controls and the preparation of reports.
Assist in feeding data into ERP and CRM systems.
Interact and seek information from related areas, such as sales and operations.
Requirements:
Expected graduation date from Dec/27 onwards;

Undergraduate studies in Administration, Economics, or related fields.

- Use marketing automation and CRM tools for audience segmentation and campaign personalization.
- Contribute with relevant strategies and content, strengthening Sintel’s positioning.

We are looking for a Junior Project Analyst (Scrum)!
You will have the opportunity to manage product projects and, eventually, client projects, working on low-to-medium complexity initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring the organization, execution, and monitoring of projects, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, costs, and scope, while also acting as a bridge between teams and stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop complete project planning (timelines, resources, efforts, and risks)
- Define and allocate resources according to project needs
- Ensure team and stakeholder engagement
- Monitor the progress of activities, deadlines, and costs
- Act on corrective actions and change management (change requests)
- Formalize project closure and record lessons learned
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes
Requirements:
- Complete or ongoing degree in Technology or Business-related fields
- Previous experience with projects (management or analysis)
