Technical Support Analyst
Location: Southfield, Michigan
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid – on-site twice a week)
Eligibility: U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required
About the Role
Sintel Americas is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to support our growing operations in the U.S. Based in Southfield, this role is responsible for providing high-quality technical support to clients in the automotive supply chain sector. You will troubleshoot issues, manage support tickets, and collaborate with global teams to ensure system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and internal platforms
  • Monitor and troubleshoot EDI systems and data flows
  • Manage support tickets and document incident resolutions
  • Follow standard procedures to maintain service quality
  • Work closely with international teams to ensure system uptime
Qualifications
  • Experience in Technical Support, NOC, or related roles
  • Understanding of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or currently pursuing)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Proactively prevent incidents and ensure system stability
  • Handle call triage, log service requests, and manage support tickets

  • Work with EDI, managing communication protocols, networks, and message flows (local and global)
Requirements
  • Degree in Information Technology or related fields
  • Experience in Technical Support and Customer Service

  • Knowledge of EDI, including standards, message types, and data integration

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our sales team and contribute to the growth of our presence in the global automotive supply chain.
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying the ideal contact person within companies for each sales strategy;
  • Conducting meetings and visits with clients and prospects;
  • Uncovering opportunities, challenges, and pain points in target companies;
  • Presenting Sintel’s value proposition clearly and strategically;
  • Leading negotiations and closing new business;
  • Managing the sales pipeline and monitoring the sales plan;
  • Maintaining organization and discipline to achieve targets;
  • Ensuring client satisfaction with our services;
  • Monitoring the client portfolio and anticipating potential risks;
  • Acting in a consultative manner, fostering continuous and strategic relationships with clients.
Requirements:
  • Experience in consultative sales, preferably in technology companies;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Advanced English (will be tested during the selection process);
  • Availability for a hybrid work model in São Paulo (SP) and client visits;
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to a business audience;
  • Autonomous and organized, with strong business acumen and influencing skills;
  • Knowledge or experience in the Automotive Supply Chain will be a plus.

As a Sales Administration and Intelligence Analyst, you will have the opportunity to support the strategic planning of the Sales department by collecting data, analyzing results, and collaborating on decision-making that directly impacts our business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
– Collecting and sharing sales indicators and information via Salesforce;
– Analyzing dashboards and reports with weekly, monthly, and per-manager data;
– Producing weekly and monthly reports on the team’s key results and activities;
– Generating reports with sales metrics such as funnel, pipeline, backlog, and hunting;
– Visually presenting department data: weekly visits, targets, sales rankings, key achievements, etc.;
– Organizing and qualifying information from sales meetings and visits;
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields);
– Experience in a similar role;
– Knowledge of analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.);
– Intermediate/advanced English;

Your key responsibilities will include:
– Assisting the Human Resources, Finance, and Facilities teams with various demands.
– Supporting the management of documents and files for the department.
– Contributing to the creation of reports and spreadsheets.
– Assisting with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of internal processes.

Requirements:
– Be between 14 and 24 years old, according to the Apprenticeship Law;
– Be enrolled in and attending school (if high school has not been completed);

– Availability to work on-site (SP) and attend the program’s courses.
